    If you're on hook when it would trigger, and then pulled off the hook, it won't activate.

    Downed/injured when gens are completed=adrenaline trigger

    Hooked/being carried when gens are completed=adrenaline doesn't trigger

    It no longer activates if you're on a hook when triggered.

    I can't believe your two healthy team mates weren't behind you taking hits for you
