PS5 - flashbang removes carried item

Steps to reproduce:
- Log into game
- play as survivor
- equip flashbang perk and any item
- repair at least 50% of any generator to activate flashbang perk
- carrying any item go to any locker
- press activity button to craft a flash granade
- notice that the flash granade was added to stock but carried item disappeared
- Additionally, once carrying a flashbang a survivor can craft another one and lose the carried one. Previously, it was impossible to craft another granade while carrying one

This was called out as a known issue in the patch notes.
Known Issues- Holding an item while crafting a Flash grenade from the Flashbang perk will result in the equipped item being lost.
