My husband's Playstation and Xbox accounts won't sync

SO we were very excited to try this CrossProgressional thing, but we synced the accounts on the website but they have not synced. We have the most up to date version of dbd so why have pur accounts not synced?

did you do the following steps AFTER syncing?
on the ’Game Library’ section
of the website there should be DBD and clicking on it and scrolling should show the cross progression tab.
after that, it should show what you need to sync (you can only choose one platform at a time:
