Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Anyone know what they are like i want to play some killer and I'm not willing to wait 20 minutes? I'm assuming survivors are starting to leave the 2v8 and going back to normal since survivor gameplay didn't get anything new.

Survivor main here. Never going back to 1v4 if 2v8 becomes permanent. Most fun I've had in years.

The glorious chaos of 2v8 is pretty fun; I ain't going back. If I'm tired of 2v8 I take a break from dbd altogether.

I've played a couple 1v4 trials recently. The wait was around 5-10 minutes.

You likely won't see much change until a hard meta emerges or they get rid of the survivor BP bonus.

An instant queue, 400% BP gain, and only a 1 in 8 chance you'll be tunneled out first instead of 1 in 4, means you get to actually play longer and you'll actually get rewards for playing a 'balanced' game instead of throwing for touching a totem.

This is why I prefer 2v8, normal mode feels like way too much pressure as survivor. One mistake can cost you the match. 2v8 is more chill and I don't feel like I need to constantly sweat.
