Killers should also have classes
As for balance this feels right, so I honestly have some ideas
Saboteur:
Regression speed increased to 250%
Built in pgtw
Brutal Strength (but only on gens)
If an injured survivor is in your Terror Radius and is currently working on a gen, both you and your teammate will see said gen highlighted in yellow
Totemkeeper:
Built in Pentimento, but you kindle dull totems
All dull totems are revealed when within a 16m radius of you
Survivors cleansing totems suffer from Oblivious and their skill cooldowns for them are paused
No totem block from 5 totems. Instead, all totem debuffs get another 15% increase to their debuffs
Butcher:
Built-in sloppy butcher (of course)
Survivors suffer from broken for 8 seconds after getting off cage
Injured players heal 8% slower
Survivors that get healed suffer from exposed for 3 seconds
Devotee:
25% Increased speed sending a survivor to a Cage
20% faster cage progression for survivors you cage
Cage skill checks for survivors you cage are much harder to hit
Secondary ability activates after caging 2 survivors. Gain the ability to manually place a cage of corruption. The next survivor you send to a Cage will be at your manually placed cage

Killers have buffed basekits, old cobercharge, insta-cages, tons of aura reading and team powers. The mode is overrun with killer players, which is why queues are 15+ minutes. But, sure, let's give people even more incentives to play killer.

Its really easy for survivors to escape I don't wanna hear it

I agree if they bring this mode out as permanent eventually they should introduce more choices for both sides. For right now every killer is stuck without any customization other than skins. More options would be most welcome.
