Is the rift bugged right now?
I did the first survivor challenge on the new set from today. I can't redeem it though. It says "Archives Error" and returns me to the menu.

Try closing out/reopening the game. I just got same error for the "The Shield" challenge. When I came back in it has it as claimed.

Something weirds going on. It just gave me an errror in the blood web now.
After doing what you said like 3 times the challenge finally went through and the bloodweb worked. BUT then, it failed to give me the reward in the rift. Although I only had to retry that once for it to work.
Thats 3 issues that I've never seen before happen all at once. Server issues?

Just had that right now on PS4.
Also Bloodweb error. I stopped for today.

Now that the bloodweb is working. I am noticing it process slower than usual. The logo spins for about 1 second usually but right now its more like 2-3 seconds.

Eh I spoke too soon, Now I got kicked out of a lobby because the bloodweb failed again.

There's something weird going on with the rift, I completed a challenge and completed it but it's locked and I can't claim it nor select another challenge for either killer and Survivor

I'm guessing it has to be server related because I had no issues with other challenges I completed before this one. I only know I got the reward in the rift because I had checked where I was in the rift just before I played the last match.

I am having the Bloodweb Error: "An error has occurred while updating your Bloodweb." on PS5. Each time, I get kicked back to the starting screen. I have closed and relaunched the game and it has not fixed the issue.

Are you on EU servers? I tried redeeming a code a few times and it said that there was a server issue, it's possible that the local server is just acting up.

This is so GD annoying. You can only level the bloodweb like 2 times and then it will do this crap. Sit through main menu load over and over again….

In the US here as well. I selected the challenge to vault pallets or windows in chase, got the credit for it in the match, then when the match ended there was no progress toward the challenge.
I hope it's sorted out soon.
Update: I logged out and then back in and the challenge was in fact completed. Still getting errors when spending bloodpoints or selecting challenges.

Yeah Im having issues too bloodweb error and can't claim rift rewards. Also after every match I have sync error and game goes to loading screen.

It is hitting the SA servers as well
bloodweb gives the error and also is suuuuper slow
trying to turn in a challenge from the tome also gives the error
trying to access the rift also gives the error
Not sure if it is related, but also can't seem to find a match as killer regardless of time (trying to do the random perk challenge) tho it could MAYBE have something to do with the 2x8 mode getting more players + others simply not even wanting to play the game because honestly why even bother if you can't progress anything with these errors right
