Switch to PS4 Cross-progression causing infinite friend requests

When logging into ps4, there's constantly 20 friend requests. These people are already my friends on Nintendo Switch platform. I made a video showing the bug.
In Addition, this is only happening on ps4. I do not have These requests on Nintendo Switch.

Not really, I only had one crash since syncing accounts which was luckily directly after a match was already over - thoughts also don’t have so many buggy friend requests as you do
