Over a Week and Customer Support has not returned a single email despite placing 3 tickets
I have placed tickets 3 times since trying to get ahold of BHVR customer support for missing Iridescent Shards, Cosmetics, and bloody prestige portraits since the cross progression on the 22nd and have been completely ignored on the matter. This is getting ridiculous to be ignored like this.

I seen something from one of the community managers saying that spamming your request sends you back to the end of the line since they go in order received, and you resubmitting the ticket might be registered as a new one.

My friends did an inquiry about BW error, too, but nobody has a reply.

i brought an issiue up for almost 2 years since im playing this game, have probably made a dozen tickets about the "server not responding" bs by now. And i havent had 1 answer from support. This is normal for BHVR.
