Over a Week and Customer Support has not returned a single email despite placing 3 tickets

I have placed tickets 3 times since trying to get ahold of BHVR customer support for missing Iridescent Shards, Cosmetics, and bloody prestige portraits since the cross progression on the 22nd and have been completely ignored on the matter. This is getting ridiculous to be ignored like this.
