    BVHR replied to my ticket, said there was a fix, and asked to restart the games. Nothing changed. Just fyi.

    Now it's fixed. Now certain cosmetics like "Infected" that I had on Xbox originally… will show up on Steam, but disappeared on Xbox. Everything else seems to be unlocked and okay!
