On the survivor side I can’t really see how they’d make Pharmacy worse. Maybe the change will be reverting it. Bloodrush has always stunk. Dunno what they’d do to help it that would be approved by killer mains. It’s probably best to just leave it be so it doesn’t become another Background Player

Leverage will probably just be a longer timer

Crowd Control is weird cuz it's kinda pushed already it's just hexes are too unreliable. I don't know what they could do without making it busted.

Blood Rush will maybe be will work after every hook.

Pharmacy is probably to make it work like other item perks and make the med kit a rummage.

Scene Partner I really hope is to make it work with hardened.

Shadowborn just needs a new effect the current one makes no sense.

Leverage needs to be while a Survivor is hooked + 30-45s after the unhook.

Crowd Control I genuinely have no idea because it's actually pretty decent.

Blood Rush needs to have the dead on hook requirement removed (still only one use though).

Scene Partner needs a shorter cooldown and stop it from cancelling vaults.

Shadowborn needs either a duration increase, a blind recovery speed increase or both.

    Pharmacy:

Those are what I think the perks need.

Crowd control will likely be that all window are blocked when hex is up.

    =============================

blood rush. they're likely remove drawback where you need to be healthy to use it. this was originally added for dead hard for distance but dead hard has changed so this perk is likely changing. they might turbo buff this perk and also make usable more then once because perk pick-rate is like 0.2% or something.

DH was reworked nearly a year before Tools of Torment dropped though.

yes but circle of healing was not nerfed. dead hard could still be used infinity amount of times. in order to prevent a survivor from mending in chase and the ability to use dead hard two times in 1 chase, they put that injured require with over-time heal mechanic to prevent synergy.

i fear crowd control change will be a nerf. like what buff can it get it's already a minute duration, what will they do buff it to 2 mins? make it a non hex perk? i don't think window block having a different/easier condition would be a good idea either.

according to nightlight. it has 0.53% usage rate and 56% kill-rate. the only buff i can see them doing is making all window block while hex is up. I still don't think anyone using it over bamboozle.

i always thought it's underrated but oh its pick rate looks awful, it's right above all the useless garbage perks but i still have no idea how they would properly buff it because this buff idea sounds bit too far too i'm not going to lie. just imagine it on oni, it getting cleansed wouldn't even matter at that point. curious about all the stuff especially this one

Leverage: probably a buff in the numbers, maybe increasing the time the perk is active

Crowd Control: really weird, it was already buffed, maybe remove the hex and make it activate once every match event (like finish a gen or hooking a survivor)

Blood Rush: probably its gonna be reworked in a way that removes the force exhaustion. The perk is useless if you don't run an exhaustion perk (remember when killer mains were scared by this perk and demanding nerfs in the PTB?)

Pharmacy: the worst survivor perk in the game. No need to run this if you can run Self Care or Strength in Shadows. Maybe the medkit coming with a syringe should be a decent buff

Scene Partner: My idea of a buff to this perk is to show the killer's aura to you every time you scream, and to address not nerfing the Doctor, the aura would only show if the scream was caused by a perk or add-on

Shadowborn: Just like Blood Rush, probably remove the blind stipulation. Could be haste after breaking a pallet that stunned you or something

Pharmacy they'll probably just remove the injured requirement. Scene partner probably cooldown reduced to 40 seconds (currently 60)

I hope they dont rework shadowborn again and just buff it.

It's an incredibly fun perk when it works.

No idea for the other perks.

Shadowborn could make maps darker for survivors while it looks the same for killers.

Crowd control the windows stay blocked forever until the hex gets distroyed.

Bloodrush works on all hook states, but they will most likely rework it.

It's an interesting group of perks to have picked, for sure. To go over some predictions or hopes…

Leverage: I suspect what they'll do is just increase the timer, and that wouldn't be worthless but it's not what I'd want. I want Leverage's timer to only start when the survivor is unhooked.

Crowd Control: This one's a very interesting one because CC is honestly pretty good. I think the most likely outcome is to have it effect all windows in a radius after a fast vault, rather than just the window that was vaulted, but I'm not sure. I could also see it being fully reworked to function like Plaything, where every window is blocked for that one survivor until they cleanse their associate totem, but that might be too much.

Blood Rush: My prediction is that it'll get the Plot Twist treatment, IE, it'll be available once at the start of the trial and then once again when you're on death hook.

Pharmacy: I've got a whole post about what I want done to Pharmacy! It's not even the only one in that vein, so I hope it's legitimately on the table.

Scene Parter & Shadowborn: Absolutely zero clue. No idea.

All in all, I'm excited to see what these changes end up being!

From what I've seen Levarage, Crowd Control and Blood Rush are getting perk updates so those perks are getting more than tweaks possibly
