PC - Error when initiating the game

Hi, I have when starting the game (PC-Steam), I get the error "Initialization error. Restarting the game may help fix the error", but as you realized - restarting doesn't help. Tried different ways to figure out the issue myself: reinstalling the game, setting the correct time on the PC, reinstalling anti-chit, check the integrity of the game files.
