Usually How long until response for request tickets from behaviour

So I made a request ticked two of them for to different types of category problems neither has been touched or read and ive posted on twitter, fb, youtube, and discord servers asking but no word back yet but how long do they take to getting to request tickets or do they usually ignore most tickets. im in no rush but as time goes on it makes my request pointless in a way why doesnt dbd or behaviour respond to any of it i know they got there new game mode 2v8 to worry about but my problem was kinda directed with it and my other ticket was a linkage problem both untoched and no help going on 9 days plus please help if able
