    yeah more screenshots would be better so hopefully then it would get acknowledged and i course i let you know when they respond back

    bhvr hopefully you can acknowledge this problem soon cause this bug will affect future releases of rift if ppl will buy rift and dont get rift cosmetics cause of this problem
