Besides the fact it was a cheater:
It doesn't even have to do anything with each other, the time above just shows the general gametime in any game in the last two weeks. The time below is the time dbd was played and not even the time played in the last two weeks but overall.

but how can the overall time be less than the past 2 weeks played ?

The recent activity stat on the profile tracks the playtime of every game, not just DBD.
