    I open the game and as soon as I press a to continue I get this error

    ‘Cannot connect to store. Cannot retrieve the list of available content. Please try again later. ‘

    I closed and opened the game again and I’m still getting this message?

    Update:

    As of 10:07am and close game for the 10th time or so, we are loading into game! Now not sure if it will actually let us play or not. Last 2 days we haven't been able to join friends, says someone isn't in game when they are.

    Yeah we can't get into the game right now either. It says the servers are down. I have tried numerous times for the last 30 mins now.

    For thebpast 30 minutes ive been tryna get on and play the game, i have no wifi issues or connection issues. When i click ( x ) to continue it does all the loading then errors out .... " CANNOT CONNECT TO STORE" underneath says " Cannot retrieve the list of avaliable content. Please try again later" ugh if its not 1 thing its another i swear. Ran into several hackers yesterday too seems they are back and going strong per usual. Had 2 games as killer against unusally fast survivors whom could just out run me even when i had tier 3 bloodlust.... back to back games mind you... killer was going well until i had a game where 2 survivors could be put into injuried state but would not go to dying state even after hitting them numerous times and or possible lag switch that was making gen kicks and or vaulting take 10x the amount of time and or would freeze me for roughly 8 seconds. Like i said no connection or wifi issues either. Sadly i think its time to take another break from the game until they fix more of these bugs and do yet another ban wave to these cheaters. And please for the love of christ fix MMR. Solo Q is horrid.

    Same here. PS5 game login cancelled with message "Cannot connect to store: Cannot retrieve the list of available content. Please try again later."

    Tried multiple times, restarted game, restarted console, nothing works so far.

    me too, I'm also on PS5. I just wanted to play the 2x8 one last time before going to work, I feel miserable.

    Same thing is happening to me, ive been trying to login in for 3 hours i just keep getting a cant connect to store error.

    i cant play the game because it wont allow me to login, I keep getting an error that says "cannot connect to store, cannot retrieve list of available content" been trying for 3 hours

    I had this same error not long ago, maybe a month or so ago? It lasted a couple days for me then just went away and I havent had an issue since. I havent played for the last couple of days though so hopefully it's not back

    Have you tried restore the licenses or with the safe mode rebuild the data?

    Yeah it's been hours already :( lets hope it gets fixed soon. For now PS4/5 players cant play at all because of this issue

    I'm extremely confused as to why this is occuring... I have great wifi signal, my router is literally next to my PS5. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, reseting my PS5 and nothing works. This is been ongoing now for 3 days straight. Please fix this bug ASAP as I'm sure that I'm not the only one who is experiencing this problem.
