Let solo players see each other's builds in the lobby.

This will not affect the killers in any way, because they are not affected at all. But it will allow survivors (who know how to use their brains for their intended purpose) to build a strategy for their behavior in the game already in the lobby.

For example: not every player is sociable and not everyone wants to communicate in the lobby before the match starts, many just click "ready" and go make themselves some tea or AFK and watch some videos before the game starts. This is normal.
If I can see my team's build, I will initially build my gameplay from this build (I can change my mind and take other perks for more effective cooperation in the game).

Let's imagine that I see a solo player in my lobby who plays Adam and wants to use the "Deliverance" perk. There are conditions for this, he needs to unhook the survivor and activate this skill as quickly as possible before the chase begins. Other solo players don't know about it now, but if they see it in the lobby - they can continue doing what they are already doing in the game (starting a generator, breaking a totem, or self-healing). They don't need to run across the map and then come back, because Adam will most likely run to do it first. (That's what players do).
If I see that a random chase has started for a player who has this perk and it is not beneficial for him to be the first one to go on the hook, I will try to help him and try to take the killer on myself. This will give Adam a chance to hide and then unhook me.

If I see in the lobby that a player took an offering for some map, or took an offering for luck, I will most likely put something similar too, so that it stacks. Why not? If I see that a player has taken the "Unbreakable" perk, and our entire team is lying on the floor because the killer decided to play from the ground, then I will not give up early. I will recover my strength on the floor, and then crawl towards my teammate who has this perk and we will try to fight for victory again.
I have encountered situations when survivors, not knowing each other's perks, got into a difficult situation and simply killed themselves on hooks, or left the game, although everything could have turned out differently.

This privilege (to share information and know everything about each other's build) is available to "SWF". So why can't we at least level the playing field in such a small thing as seeing each other's builds?

    This will cause lobby dodging and other players to grief other players based on their build. Left Behind people will go out of their way to crash the game or make sure they are taken out by the killer even if they do objectives because the thought of them getting hatch for some people pisses them off. Same thing with perks like Sole Survivor. Any chance of playing stealth with perks like Urban can open up this can of worms also. If anything we need to have an active icon for certain perks like if we get close enough to a survivor with Deliverance active the icon will pop up on the hud near our build with enough time and we can let them be and they will unhook themselves.

    I think it would be better if you could see the build during loading screen and in game, not before.

    People have been straight up bullied for using perks like the invocation, this would make it even worse.

    Plus, there is also the lobby dodging anything non-meta and so on.

    But in game and during loading, I have no issues with it.

    yes, that's also true. I mean, it seems like the developers have added some data for solo players, but this information is still not enough.
