Offerings bugged

I am on PlayStation five. The rules of offerings state that is an offering contradicts another Only the one that is excepted will be used yet during map offerings if another is accepted, I still lose my map offering. This also occurs during a disconnect before the match even starts, I still lose my offering.

Then there is the issue of the white ward. I use the white ward, and yet I still lose my add-ons, which the white word specifically says that this is to prevent the loss of your item and add-ons. I just escaped a trail, and yet it took away my syringe and depleted my available med kits by one as well as the bandages by one.

So what is the point of these offerings if they’re not even going to operate the way specified? Right now it looks like I just have trash offerings that do absolutely nothing.
