Buff Dark Arrogance
To 30%. This way we have a 15% perk that blocks windows, a 30% perk with a drawback, and a 45% perk with a cooldown. Right now DA is not really worth it compared to Bamboozle, and it's among the least used perks in the game. A small increase in value would make sense.

Superior Anatomy is only 40%. I think buffing DA to 30% might end up stepping on Superior Anatomy's toes a bit.
That said, they COULD buff DA to 30%, and Superior to 50%…
I'd like to see DA buff pickup speed as well, the only perk that does that right now is Fire Up, and it'd make sense considering that pallet save stuns last longer as well.

Dark Arrogance was just so poorly thought out. Only 10% faster than Bamboozle, without a window block, AND with drawbacks? It would have been fine without the drawbacks at all, but honestly with them, it arguably should be up at 30-35%.
Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of a stronger perk that comes with a drawback, but this simply isn't stronger than anything remotely near it.
I agree with @ReverseVelocity in that it should increase pickup speed as well. It would match the risk/reward of pallet stuns lasting longer.

superior anatomy should affect pallet breaks and have no cooldown. activation to vault still exists. dark arrogance should be 40% for window vaulting.

I mean if you wanna make both of those perks overpowered… sure I guess?

This perk is like old Shadowborn.
Barely a perk buff with huge downsides.
