question about switch progressing dlc progress

so you can transfer from other platforms to switch everything but you cant transfer dlc from switch to others.
but what about the progress? it also does not go thru? if i transfer my all stuff from steam to switch and prestige my (for example) trickster to p100 while playing on switch and then i decide to come back to steam will i have my trickster p100 there or not?
i know it sounds stupid but also i wonder if fragment about dlcs was about all dlcs or only dlcs you buy while playing on switch?

    Yes, your progress will be transferred regardless of which platform you play on.

    This even includes unlocking unique perks via prestiging a DLC character. For example, if you own The Trickster on your Switch but not on Steam, and you prestige The Trickster to unlock his unique perks, you'll have access to those perks on Steam even if you don't own him there. (You would still need to buy The Trickster to play him on other platforms, though.)
