on activating by using your ability button this perk gain an infinite exhaustion effect

after 15 seconds you can repress your ability button to lose the exhaustion effect

this effect has a 60 second cooldown

this perk is deactivated when already exhausted

being effected by enything that gives exhausted while this perk is activated deativated this perk and gives you the exhaustion time of the thing that gave you exhaustion

this would be a great perk for saving your exhaustion perk for when you really need it like being able to choose when you use lithe without having to avoid windows or having your sprint burst on demand without having to walk or 99 it
