Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.

Couldn't get unhooked in a match (8.2.0)
So I just played a match as Renato in Ormond, and apparently 2 different survivors couldn't unhook me. When I was in first hook stage, 1 survivor tried to unhook me multiple times, but couldn't. After hitting the second stage, another Survivor tried to unhook me as well, but he couldn't do that as well. My internet connection was fine all the time. I didn't get disconnected or anything.
They then told me in end game chat that they didn't have a prompt to unhook me. This never happened to me before the 8.2.0 patch. I sadly didn't record the game, but I attached the Log file.
Playing on Steam and Windows.
Edit: I just experienced it myself while trying to unhook someone. I saw the unhook promopt, but when I tried to unhook, the prompt was just bugging around and the progress bar didnt even show.

I just had a match where I couldn't pick up the last survivor, and I was worried that they would report me for holding the game hostage so I disconnected and didn't let her bleed out. Is this something you are aware of? Another situation that would be quiet risky imo, is the unhook-bug. For the survivor on the hook it could look like the other survivor is griefing by intentionally not unhooking them.

Yes, there is the same problem with killers. Sometimes you can't pick up survivors. Steam PC

Could this be related to the "unable to pick up Survivors" on some maps glitch? I have seen people abuse it already.

Same thing happened to me. Nobody on our team could unhook at all. This happened on multiple games with multiple maps and multiple killers. Iām playing on PS5.

We had the same thing happen just now on Midwich. I was on second hook and my teammate could not unhook me (they were fresh off their first hook). Another teammate, also with one hook state, tried to unhook me and couldn't do it. That survivor also couldn't heal my teammate, but they did have a prompt to cleanse a totem.
Just in case it's a specific hook issue, this was on the upper level of Midwich near the window vault into the 2-lane/gate area? If that makes sense.

Note to everyone:
If you have this bug where you can't heal\save a survivor, you can fix it for yourself by going in and out of a locker. Afterwards, you should be able to interact with the survivor.
