i tried to unhook a survivor but i cant and idk why

Could you give us more information? Where it happened? Which perks were you using? Etc.

    i was using no one left behind, desperate measures, botany knowledge, were gonna live forever and a medkit
    then they die in front of my face like how is that fair

    It happens in random places. Doesn't matter the perk or which platform. I'm not sure if it's always the same hook or not. I will try and keep a log.

    Happened today. Hooked in RPD map in a corridor. Team could not unhook me.

    Happened to me too, and killer could not pick me up from the ground and accused me of cheating lol
