Twitch-Drop Bug (Charm "Snapper Casket" doesn't unlock)
The charm "Snapper Casket" doesn't unlock.
Unlocking the second Twitch-Drop "Dominus Anger" works like intended.
Don't know about the third Drop yet.

Same issue. Second drop popped up in-game, but the first drop Snapper Casket did not.

Earned and claimed first drop in Twitch. Loaded up my ps5 and I got nothing. I went to my bhvr account unlinked both Twitch & Sony. Relinked both accounts and still nothing.
Earned 2nd drop and it's still not showing in game.
Usually unlinking and relink works for me.
I can't figure it out
I did notice if I search for the Snapper charm in games it is there but says "Currently Unavailable"

I'm having the same problem on Steam. Unlocked both the first and second drop but only the second one appears in my game. I have unlinked and relinked my twitch account, since that has worked in the past, but in this case it is not working. I have claimed it on Twitch, and it says it is claimed, but it does not appear anywhere in my game while the 2nd drop does.

Well claimed all 3 drops. And still nothing. Tried unlinking , linking multiple times. Nothing

Same issue! all the other drops worked and but not the Snapper Casket. Thought maybe it's only a survivor charm but no. Please fix. My Dracula hook deserves to be pretty.

Yup, same issue aswell.
Xbox - linked twitch to my DBD and had previous drops work as usual, got the 2nd and 3rd twitch drops but not the first? Hopefully this issue get's resolved soon.

What platform, please? Have you checked to see if it is showing as claimed on your BHVR account? Did you reboot your game?

Update: Got the Charm now restarting 1 day after.

Got the badge and banner. But still no Charm.
It shows claimed on my Bhvr account. Shows claimed on my Twitch account .
On my Bhvr account on manage Twitch Drops ever thing is connected. Again is shows item claimed

All the drops are unlocked on Twitch and none of them have gone to me in-game

September 1st, can't get the cascet. On Behaviour account it shows as "In progress", even thought I've claimed everything on Twitch. More so, on Behaviour acc other two rewards shows as "Claimed" and I've got them in-game.
