PC - Purple room in Forgotten Ruins is super foggy

This room in Forgotten Ruins is so foggy that it feels like I was in Lights Out Modifier. We used to be able to see everything in the room as there was not much fog that obscures the visiblity. We can look from this end of the room to the other where the window is.

Not just in that room, the Torture Room (where one finds the caged Beholder) has highly reduced visibilty as well.
