Achievements on Gamepass for PC version of the game not showing up for the new chapter

I have checked the Xbox and Epic versions of the game and the achievements are listed for the new chapter. For the windows gamepass version, the achievements have not been added. Additionally, many of the achievements have been stuck for some time and no longer track progress.

The ones I have noticed are:

Smoked

Shocking Treatment

Outta Nowhere

Cleansed in Agony

Bump in the Night

Caws of Death

Slip into the Stream

Dismantle

I am sure there are more, but those are what I have tried and have not gotten progress for. It seems hit and miss, as I recently got Thrill of the Chase.
