Bonus Bloodpoints should be permanent and alternating at regular internals
keeping it short. What do you think? I think it would be nice to how it permanently 100% on either side like every hour or hour and half.
I've recently started playing again and its been up for like a week or so, I've found that I've started playing killer more as a result. By chasing those sweet sweet bloodpoints, I've gone from playing 90% survivor in the past to fairly even currently (new drac has upped my killer plays more. Hes actually fun)

the whole point of this mechanic is to fill up queues on either side.
if it doesnt depend on the amount of people playing either role at any given time, it's not doing its primary job of making queue times faster.

yeah now that I think about it my suggestion doesnt answer for those that simply dont play one side. perhaps perks that simply give those bonuses with no other effect? that way the trade off for doubling bp earned at the end of the match in perk form is a taken up slot? that way its a self-imposed difficulty-up for better grind reward? (stacks with queue bonus)

There used to be perks that did that. They specifically removed those aspects of the perks. Honestly, these days it isn't too bad earning bloodpoints. They give out the weekly bonuses, daily challenges, tomes, events, annual event cakes that people hoard, etc, etc.

the devs have removed the bp bonus from bbq and wglf because they don't want players to pick perks just for bp

I dont get that though. Im spending a whole slot just for a measly bonus and they take it away to change my decision? that weirds me out bruv

I am not even sure if it is working as intended. Sometimes I think that the incentives are not based on the number of players playing but rather on specific timeframes.
E.g. for me the BP incentive is on Killer in the evening. Yet I had 50% incentive for Killer yesterday, but still waited longer for Killer than Survivor, while in theory it must be the other way around.

I think it's just because the players simply tend to play certain roles on certain times of the day.
Plus I think it's possible the system enables incentive not when there's no 50/50 split, but when there's less than 20% of people playing killers. so it aims for 20/80 split and there's just too many ppl playing survivor in the evening due to it being the most available time for everyone.
