Survivor Floating In Air

When i was carrying a survivor to the hook in basement, another survivor got chance to the escape(4%) and i directly hit the survivor to make them mend. But when i hit, the survivor that i was carrying started floating in the air, but they could still wiggle, and their wiggle affected me too. I couldn't m1, break pallet, search locker and hook survivor, i couldn't do any interaction. I have a photo about that, but now i can not upload it, i dont know why. If u can contact with me by e-mail, i can send you that picture.

How often this occur: This was the only time.

    Killer lifted me on his shoulder, but he couldn't hang me. I was suspended in the air and couldn't break free or recover. At the same time, if I click on WASD, the survivor slowly floated through the air. Killer was hit with a pallet, but it didn't help. Killer couldn't do anything, and I couldn't do anything. At the same time, my camera showed the killer as if I were on his shoulder.
    I had to leave the match and get a penalty. I don't know if it was a bug or someone's cheats. It seems that Killer was as surprised as I was.
