New Killer The Dark Lord Overpowered

it’s awful to introduce an overpowered killer when BHVR reduces the maps sizes and then punish Le’s the survivors with the new perk blocking totemsssnd chest! He’s fast af as a wolf with no cooldowns between wolf bat and human? And an AOE fire pillars?

Then to it off the camera is shoved so close up the survivors that you can not see the dark lord’s face while being carried

And why is this called Dead by Daylight since most of the maps are daylight not nighttime?

I do believe dark lord is a bit much. There should be cool downs at least. If you are a beginning dark lord then it’s okay you can survive and exit the match. But the ones that have gotten the hang of him and is all they use then yeah way too OP. People coming in here basically coming in here saying basically just get good need to realize that you want people to play this game and are not on it 24/7. You want to win not just lose each game because a killer is overpowered. I can see people not wanting to play the game.

I'm sorry BHVR, but you designed the perfect return to hook killer in the Dark Lord at a time when even content creators use return to hook as a critical path to 4k.

Here is the recipe: transform to bat, traverse map, hear a gen, knock down a survivor repairing, hook, return to gen and kick it, return to hook as bat by transporting and down the unhooking survivor. At least one in five people are rewarded and has fun in the game.

Then you create maps with 25% barren zones, open palette gyms, lowered most objects around the unsafe palettes and still no way for soloQ survivors to practice with a killer bot.

I beg you to stop listening to Scott Jund and other content creators — the vast majority of players are suffering for it.

I know you have the data for this, we certainly can see the drop in players and survivors are getting wise and in many cases not using offerings or items. I'm just not sure why you are doing it - please tell us.

Dracula, which is only backwards compatible with other killers no matter what you make it do, and is just so busy with the controls that you have to keep thinking about object hooks and heights, is OP? Can you say the same again after using it in a ranked match for 10 matches?

The killer is new. Learn how to go against him. Playing AS him also helps. If you don't have him unlocked, watch a YT video or stream of someone playing him.

As Bat, he is faster, but he can only see your scratch marks. Very similar to Spirit. If you don't run, you can hide pretty well.

As Wolf, he will get faster for about 3s as he collects "scent orbs" to charge his Wesker-like dash attack. Unlike Wesker, the wolf's attack has a pre-defined jump. You can dodge it with a bit of practise. Also pallet breaks with this jump take longer. Therefore if you cam make him freak an object, you gain distance.

As Vampire, his hellfire works similar to Nemesis' tentacle. It does not have a dragging hitbox though afaik. It can go over basically anything that is of less hight than a survivor. If he's charged the spell you see it in his hand (you need to look back in chase, if you can't you need to learn. Trust me, it will improve your chase a lot). Try to fake vaulting windows Orr similar. He is slowed down when holding the spell.
