i preordered the Deluxe addition of Frank Stone and it doesn't appear in my library on my BHVR account. I want to make sure its linked and i receive all my deluxe addition rewards. Its been 2 and a half hours and still nothing.

If nothing shows up for a long time, I'd recommend submitting a support ticket. You may have been one of the players who fell through the cracks early on.
