I (survivor) bugged inside an opened chest

My bug occured on PC. I played Survivor (Ada Wong) and opened a chest on the unknown chapter map, and my fps dropped right when i picked up the item and then I was stuck inside the chest. I couldn't move and the Killer couldn't M1 me. I was still able to do interactions like using a medkit tho. This was the first time this happened to me, I guess it somehow tped me in the chest when my screen froze for a second, don't know if you can reproduce it easily, i guess you need a bad pc like me to reproduce it? I don't even know if it's fixable but I wanted to let you know.

I left the match so that the killer doesn't think that I was cheating, sorry for leaving🙏

I have a video of it on my mobile but I can't upload it, but it just shows me trying to move but I was stuck on the spot

    Now 1 match after the bug happened I couldn't join any matches because easy anti cheat couldn't verify my account?

    Nevermind this is another known bug apparently
