Xbox - Missing Twitch Drops

Step 1: Watched livestreams enough to receive the three current Drops on the Twitch app.

Step 2: Went to my Drops page on Twitch and selected them, to acquire them all.

Step 3: Booted up DBD, did not receive my Twitch Drops.

Step 4: Tried resetting the game and my internet, nothing changed. Waited several days, still nothing. It has been nearly a week now. It even acknowledges that I've reached the watch-time requirement on my BHVR account.

    Bringing attention to this again. Twitch staff said that this problem is on your side, and that you'll have to resolve it somehow.
