got no twitch drops from the dracula chapter and no rewards from the frank castle deluxe edition
hi,
since i had no clue where to post this i would like to know why i havent received anything? this is not my main account because it didnt worked on the forums for i dont know why.
i bought the frank castle deluxe edition even twice on xbox and ps5 but still nothing and i wonder if this is getting adressed anyhow? i contacted the support which was almost 2 weeks ago but i didnt received an answer why im asking here.
is this still getting adressed or happening something?

Same happened with me.
I got my Twitch drops, they’re in my account thanks to the support, but I haven't got my TCoFS rewards and in the answer to my ticket they said they'll be looking into it and send me a message when it's done… It's been almost a week and no return about my rewards in game yet.
And they're taking too long to answer the tickets, probably a lot of people had the same error

Did you make sure to claim the rewards online on BHVR's website?
Sign in here:
Make sure your corresponding platform is linked in the Connections tab.
Then in the Game Library tab, go into DBD's menu and then into the Rewards tab.
Any rewards you have available to claim will be there, including Hooked on You & The Casting of Frank Stone.
Side note, this is a hilarious warning lol

Support is taking awhile to respond unfortunately, they must be overwhelmed with requests. I only just got a reply to a ticket I sent in a couple weeks ago, and there was an apology for how long it has taken for someone to get back to me. I sent in another ticket regarding not getting my CoFS deluxe rewards, same as you, last week so I don't anticipate hearing anything back for 2 or so weeks.
