Anyone else still not seeing the new achievements from 8.2.0?

I play on xbox gamepass for pc. Ever since the 8.2.0 patch, the new achievements still won't show up on my achievements list as even being doable. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, still nothing new shows up. I was hoping the 8.2.1 hotfix would have done something, but it didn't.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Or does anyone know how to resolve this?
