Original Killer Concept - The Butcher
My own killer concept called The Butcher, based on Jack the Ripper, with a Victorian English aesthetic
Stats - 110% movement speed, 32m terror radius
Power - Butcher of the Boroughs
Special Ability - Prowl
Press the Active Ability button to activate Prowl. You gain the Undetectable status effect and your footsteps are silenced. While in Prowl, your lunge distance is increased by 150%. Prowl lasts until you make a basic attack, and has a cooldown of 30 seconds.
Special Action - Brutalise
When next to a Hooked Survivor or a Survivor in the Dying State, press and hold the Interact button to perform the Brutalise action, which plays a 12 second animation of The Butcher repeatedly stabbing and slashing the Survivor. Completing the Brutalise action gives you 1 point of Infamy.
Infamy
Brutalising Survivors gains 1 point of Infamy, up to a maximum of 7. You gain certain bonuses depending on your level of Infamy
1 Infamy - Your vault speed and break speed are increased by 20%
2 Infamy - Your lunge distance is increased by 20% and your successful attack cooldown is reduced by 20%
3 Infamy - Your movement speed becomes 115%
4 Infamy - All Survivors constantly hear your Terror Radius as if they were within 8m of you and begin hearing false audio cues around them
5 Infamy - All Survivors suffer from the Broken status effect for 90 seconds after being unhooked or picked up from the Dying State, and the Mangled status effect for 30 seconds after that
6 Infamy - When a Survivor is repairing a Generator or Healing, any Good Skill Checks count as missed Skill Checks and Great Skill Checks count as Good Skill Checks
7 Infamy - You can kill all Survivors that have been hooked at least once by your own hand
Removing Infamy
When a Healthy Survivor escapes a Chase and is not Injured within 20 seconds, or when an Injured Survivor escapes a chase and returns to the Healthy State within 30 seconds, you lose 1 point of Infamy.
Survivors can also remove one point of Infamy by looking at you for 20 uninterrupted seconds while not in Chase.
I'd love to know what you think of this concept. I really tried to capture the essence of the elusive serial killer and the building paranoia and fear that people experience, and I basically tried to make him a modernised version of Myers

This is awesome, especially the infamy feature. I would love a crowded victorian city as a map, and a survivor based around that time would be amazing.
