Tome 20 archives Collection audio not working & game stops responding

Platform: PC (Steam)

Description: It seems that none of the Collection archives on tome 20 are playing their audio as of the current patch, and when I try to play the audio for Yui Kimura's SECOND memory fragment (memory 6397), all game audio cuts out completely. (the complete game audio cutout also seems to happen when I try to play the audio for the FIRST House of Arkham fragment, A Confederacy of Dwyghts) Upon attempting to exit back to the main menu from either of these two points when the game audio is completely gone, the game freezes on a black screen and stops responding.

Steps: Go into the Archives, enter tome 20's Collection, then try to PLAY any of the memory fragments. (no audio will play) If you choose Yui's SECOND one or the first House of Arkham one, try going back to the main menu after the game audio cuts out completely. (game stops responding)

How often: Seems to happen every time I follow these steps as of the current patch.

    The game keeps freezing when going out of the current Tome, and the audio does not play for any of the entries.
