Billy Feedback (Movement Speed)
Overall, I really like these changes! The addons are perfect, lo-pro being toned down, and the rarity adjustments were definitely warranted. But there's one thing that bothers me, overdrive. Most of the changes to it are perfectly fine. However, being in overdrive doesn't really feel that special anymore. Sure, you get reduced cooldowns, but the speed increase is barely noticeable. I agree It shouldn't be as fast as it used to be, but I want to FEEL the change in speed, that always felt great.
Currently, Billy's Overdrive speed is 11.5 m/s (reduced from 13 m/s).
Without Overdrive, his speed is 10.12 m/s.
The overdrive charges gained when revving and sprinting were also decreased to 1.5/s (was 2/s).
Overdrive would feel a lot more impactful if the speed was increased up to 12 m/s with the current Overdrive charge time. You could also revert the speed to 13 m/s and decrease the charges gained to 1/s

Agreed, either the movement speed in overdrive should be a bit faster, or just keep the old movement speed but make overdrive a bit more rare!

run doom engraving(iri add-on). speed got nerfed to balance out iri add-on.

Imagine balancing the Killer based on add-ons instead of balancing the add-ons around the Killer. (that's not the reason, and if it is that's very dumb)

They shouldn't have touched the speed. That's a bad idea. I would be fine if they increased the time to get overdrive slightly more but it should be very impactful. Otherwise, this mechanic becomes kind of pointless.
The boots also shouldn't have been nerfed. They weren't problematic at all. Driftking Billy never has been and never will be an issue.
Balancing a killer around an iri addon is a horrible idea. It should always be the other way around.

I think keeping the speed intact would be fine, considering that it's harder to get Overdrive now.

I agree 12m/s Overdrive speed would be fine. 11.5 is a little too low
