If they ever release night time maps.
With the new survey they talked more about this. Itd be interesting if they brought the new moon bouquet back but it decided whether the map is day or night time. Since the moon bouquets were removed because it was so difficult to balance different lighting on maps. But that'd probably be much easier now.

It would be amazing if those offerings were brought back. I think I would use a New Moon Bouquet every single game.

I was just thinking that! We could get offerings for weather, and the moonlight offerings could be adapted for day/night cycles.
As long as they balance them so that things can't get as absurdly dark as they could once and the lighting is customised for every map, I don't see an issue with it. I can't imagine it'll be as bad as it was in the past - the fog has been greatly nerfed since then.

Not a bad idea, but there's some kinks to iron out. Does it change anything about maps that are already night? Turning day maps to night sounds cool for Dead Dawg, Coldwind, Crows, but I couldn't really imagine something like Haddonfield being turned to day, for example. Maybe it could have a secondary effect that triggers if the map is already set at night.

I just want Snowstorm Ormond.
And foggy, dark, moody maps.
Please.

I prefer daytime maps because dark maps are hard on my old eyes but I wouldn’t be against them so others can be happy. What I want is proper fog to make stealth more viable.

although I’m not a fan of midwich, I’d love to see the map being able to switch (even during matches) between normal mode and hellscape mode

It is time to be a Blendette again, my friend!

I wish! While I wasn’t around for release to where she was at her most powerful, I’d be happy if we got her blending power that she had when Stranger Things was released.
At the very least, we need more nice bushes like Mr Cowboys map has and thick fog that both roles can take advantage of. As a fan of Myers, I’ll be okay if he can’t stalk through the fog due to it being too thick. I’m willing to work for my juice.

Toba has some very nice bushes. Quite cozy if you don't mind alien Spiders

As long as they don’t bite I’ll be fine, otherwise they’ll be introduced to a flame thrower.

I am used to the Dream World having a lot of Fog and I miss my Blendette times, so having more Fog in the game is a huge win in my book!

I chose for weather systems and day night cycle dynamics. They are a must have.

I prioritized dynamic weather systems in my feedback. I want Heavy Rain style matches. Although, day/night cycles would also be cool.

I jumped at the chance to show support for improved map atmosphere. I'd love to bring the bouquets back and let them tweak the times of day. I also support offerings to tweak the weather too.

Mines too. I don’t know how they decided to remove the fog when the whole schtick of the entity has to do with entering the fog. I honestly think they only removed it because their poor coding for it and the rest of the game impacted performance on peoples systems too much.

I would use weather and Moonlight offerings… basically all the time. It would take a lot of the sting out of getting bad, bright maps I can't hide in as Ghostface, or getting a dark and too hard to track in map as Huntress. It would be cool to add ambiance to maps as Survivor too!

Seconding this, I would love moody maps which support the Blendette playstyle.

I would love nighttime maps. Maps like coldwind/ormond farm kill the atmosphere imo

As nice as this sounds, this would be a balance nightmare. The Moonlight-Offerings were removed because it was too much work to make different versions of Moonlight. And while I agree that a simple offering of Night or Day would be neat (even tho, who wants to play in Daylight? All the Daylight-Maps look horrible) and simpler to do, if you add Weather Offerings, you have the same situation as before.
You would need 4 different versions of the Map, if you just bring in one weather variation and one time of day variation - e.g. Map Daytime, good weather, Map Daytime, bad weather, Map Nighttime, good weather, Map Nighttime, bad weather.
And you have to balance it, e.g. the daytime map should not be too bright when having good weather and no rain, but it should not be too dark when you have Rain and nighttime.
And THEN you have even special cases like Freddy or Dredge (Dredge is even quite recent, Nightfall is already Dark and the Lights Out-Modifier is already Dark. But both combined are horrible).
So while the idea would be cool, I dont think they should do it via Offerings. At least not to such an extend, I think two variations of the Maps should be fine, but too many variables make it a nightmare.
