I asked AI to make a 2D top-down drawing of 12 Dead by Daylight maps connected into one large area.
This is a 2D top-down drawing of 12 Dead by Daylight maps connected into one large area, with clear grid sections for each map. Each grid represents a different map, and they are linked together through natural transitions and pathways that match the environment of each map.
I actually like the result so i thought i would share it.

Human brains sorting out the crap and trying to make something with the rest. Then they are putting the crap in again but changing it to a better form.
The AI is writing down every information forming it to a paperball and throwing it to you.
II have the feeling the longer I'm watching this, the more questions I have and the more I'm thinking about it, it makes me dumber.
But a nice idea and thx for sharing it π

It kinda makes me wish we had a Killer that can change the map mid-match XD

What map had a soccer field?

Yeah good question, i think the drawing is fun still but clearly there are mistakes on it. I guess that AI for now.

I like how the AI sorted the cars in the wreckers yard. π

The AI typos are funny but the idea is a really neat idea! I love the idea of all the maps and realms being physically adjacent to one another.

Yeah, the idea came to me when I was thinking about the maps with roads, and it hit me that these maps could all be connected in one continuous world or region, rather than being separate. It would add a whole new layer of depth.

Ah yes, Yamoo's Estate, my favorite map in the game.

Now imagine if you'd used your own artistic merit to make it instead of using a small countries energy supply and a tool which has scammed and scraped millions of genuine artist's work for this soulless wreck ππ

I don't want this to become a pile on since I'm guessing a lot of DBD Players are very much against AI Art (given the extreme backlash BHVR got for The NFT fiasco) but I had to post it!

Did you write that from a pc ? the drawing took less than 10 secs of energy. Also i dont have those skills.
And while we are at it, have you ever thought of all the workers been replaced by electric tools? think of that next time you use one.

thereβs some dead by daylight fanfiction that goes into this and the killers can basically say hi to eachother lol

Smartphone, actually, which makes for a helpful comparison! For the same amount of energy that you used to create that soulless husk of an image, I managed to: book holiday from work, listen to music going to and from work, also pick up my coworker on the way so used maps while I was at it, text my partner several times, text my manager several times, read and suggest some edits to a chapter of my friends book, complete some out of work training, apply for a uni parking permit, research into several different pillow types, get a new glass tumbler because my one broke, research into sunflower badges, put an audiobook on while I do some background work for first week of uni year, and research into a cute anniversary gift for my partner and I. Then I could finish the day with 31% battery charge and still be able to stick an audiobook on to help me get to sleep.
So, all of that, for 69% (nice) of the energy consumption of that image. I'd call that a victory, wouldn't you?

I like how it got Macmillan Estate correct but then just gave up.

Hey, that AI computation is doing it's part in keeping the earth nice and warm!
