in defense, when someone if infected it’s just better to go after them, unfortunately that normally is someone who just got hooked.

There are few guarantees in life. Nemesis and Wraith tunneling off hook are one of life's few guarantees.

Huh, I've never really had that issue with Nemesis. And I'm a Nemmie main and personally avoid tunneling.
Meanwhile, I'd swear Wraiths believe they earn their cloak of invisibility by tunneling off the hook.

Sometimes when I only soloq and the rare moments when somehow I’m the most experienced and competent player (only cos the others are complete newbies) - my heart breaks seeing them tunnelled by a wraith and I don’t have the skill or ability to do more for them (I don’t/can’t use flashlights and my looping ability is.. yeah, no). The most I can do is prolong their suffering by showing solidarity through administering for the people (only for them - and a short time later, me, going down with them lol)

I only recall a nemmy tunneling me once, and that was because his first hook was me after 3 other gens were done and probably wanted a kill.

My favorite part is when you use FTP and the surv on ground has 0 clue what is going on, only that we must run now. It's just so confusing and exhilarating at the same time. What a rush.

I mean that’s true, for me I try and go after whoever is closest or infected. sometimes i forget and tunnel but I would rather not cause then it’s just boring.

I remember seeing loads of camping and tunneling Nemesis players when the RE chapter was still new, and there's always the Jill meme… but nowadays I don't see hyper-tunnely ones compared to Wraith or Trickster.
Actually, while I'm here, I vsed a Nemesis yesterday who was a complete memelord. Dude was playing to kill and I didn't make it out of the match, but he had a sense of humor about it - he left me to get picked up when he chased me into a zombie blocking my way and I pointed at it, and at one point I accidentally vaulted into the basement (Lery's) and he left me alone after I awkwardly played my lute at him. Dude was terrifyingly on point with his M2s, too. Had a blast.

Frosty eyes Wraiths are the real tunnelers. I swear, something about that cosmetic just makes them incapable of going after anyone else until that first survivor is dead.

It was definitely true before his buffs because going after non-contaminated people could really hurt you. But after his buffs now, especially if you're running licker tongue you're incentivized a lot more to go off and contaminate people now because of how easy it is to follow up on it.

Alien main, avoids tunneling. Ive found wesker to be the tunnel master since his ptb. Like 95% chance of tunneling to a point where i didnt want to even play wesker to avoid going in with people expecting tunneling

Now, when you all say they tunnelled?... did you rush save your mates right after they hooked? Or give the killer enough time to leave, for that mate to simmer and cook abit with the Hangtime they got. Because there's hard tunneling. And then there's mates just helping their mates get caught and killed off quicker. 🤔

Yea, you never know anymore, considering Tunneling is easily thrown out there anymore. Singling out one survivor while ignoring other to even chase - That's tunnel vision.
But more often then not, survivors did a Rushed Save, not allowing Hangtime. Where they coulda easily did a Gen or two, before going for a honest safe save. Which kills your mate quicker, because a Killer is a Killer, who else would they go for, but the weakened safe bet first.
But yea, I digress.
