Nice job with another miserable killer sided event

Just like last Chaos shuffle. I'm just happy there is no Tome to have to suffer again through this. Longer gens and BS perks against tunneling/camping/slugging killer. Yeah that's fun. Going back to killer ..at least it's playable

Of course it's not killer favored. 5 matches as killer.... THREE 3ks, ONE 4k and one tie. 5 matches as survivor… 3 tunneling and camping...4 gens done .. one escape on farming killer and one where 3 escaped on a alien. So either I'm an epic killer (which I'm not) or there is some serious issues

Killers have more useless perks or bad perk combos than survivors do, so statistically killers have it worse off

I didn't lose a killer maTch all night. Half the perks I didn't even know so basically ran base killer. Agree to disagree

That is truly unfortunate. I am expecting to get No Mither as survivor at some point

The only real problem is the existence of No Mither. Your teammate usually just gives up if they get it. If not the killer immediately hard tunnels them out. It's a guaranteed loss if the killer isn't terrible. Killers don't have anything comparable.

If anything, i would say its the other way around.

Killers have no perks to counter flashlights, so if the survivors run to an open area when they are about to get downed, the killer might be forced to slug

My guess is there is no matchmaking in chaos shuffle?

Wow. That's a new one. I gotta hand it to you, this is the most original balancing complaint I have seen in a while.

Although, I don't get how a game mode that literally randomises loadouts could be balanced towards one side's favor. Especially considering how many other factors there are that shift balance as well. You might get lucky and up with Deadlock, Hubris, Gearhead and Grim Embrace on Blight (this was the strongest I used in months) but you have as much of a chance to play Freddy with Pentimento, Hoarder, Insidious and Distressing.

Where are the gens longer? As far as I've seen in over 11 matches they just aren't faster so normal time.

Nothing in this event is killer-sided, the only thing I can tell is that suddenly 80% of the survivors are just bad at looping and don't do gens at all. I've lost 3 out of 11 matches by now and 8 of them were just survivors going down in seconds and not doing gens at all, that can't even be because of maps because under them is eyrie of crows and garden of joy around 4 to 5 times.

Your perks are randomized if you got bad ones you were just unlucky: I had a match with predator, bloodhound, surge and brutal. I played chucky and 90% of the downs were with his power so basically 3 out 4 perks were worthless. (That being said I won that round because somehow survivors can't play anymore all of the sudden).

That's your experience in 5 matches. That tells us what exactly?

No offene, but the Survivors you faced could have been very inefficient on top of you knowing what to do.

5 of your matches isn't enough to make a general statement about the balance of the game mode im afraid.

I've told people ingame many times whenever there was a mode.

If you want to win, play normal mode. Any modifier is purely for FUN. Modes and modifiers shouldn't be taken seriously.

Survivor meta's just perks that deter you from the more efficent playstyles, while killer meta's just a few perks that are really good at giving you more time.

The difference between perkless survivor & survivor is little, while the difference between perkless killer & killer is really big.

I don’t think Chaos Shuffle is either sided but what’s true is that Killers can always resort to this failsafe to win their matches. Survivors don’t have anything to deal with it when their counter perks are inaccessible.

If only survivors could bring flashlights, med-kits and toolboxes …

    Oh … wait …

Lady luck favors neither survivors nor their tormentors
