Entering Basement and Teleporting out as Onryo Messes With The Environment

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The atmosphere of the basement is not confined to the basement when leaving by means other than the stairs.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I hook Leon in the basement and use The Onryo's power to teleport to another location. Upon the teleportation, the lighting is darker, there is a black fog in the sky, and it's harder to see as the sides of my screen.

It's worth noting that this happens with every killer that has some kind of instant teleport ability.
