SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: As Vecna recovering an artifact (mini mori) doesn't count as killing the obsession by any means

PLATFORM: PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I got the obsession to the second hook state while they had an artifact of Vecna and recovered it after downing them again, but got no progress for the killer challenge OBSESSIVE.
