When will we get back 2v8...?
The normal mode sucks ass… it is just plain terrible…absolutely horrendous.
Just bring back 2v8 so we can have fun again…In a chill non sweaty environment which is fun not this disgusting abomination 1v4 gamemode.
Anyways just let me know when you bring it back. I'm hyped for it. Will just take a break until then can't deal with this ######### game anymore.

hopefully with freddy. Maybe freddy in 2vs8 mode will be really good. He grants oblivious to entire team.

I hope we get it back so I can play killer with my boyfriend, we keep getting teammates who act like they sniff paint, and killers we face play powerful killers like they aren't facing Vecna, Dracula and The Unknown who tunnel like they are playing Wraith. It's like the skill of those killers is nonexistant, what happened to the killers who were good at the game that you didn't feel like trash talking in the end game chat because they play like a kid on COD? Because of all the tunneling camping killers I have had to face I refuse to tunnel and camp and I can usually get 4Ks unless I'm playing killer right after a stream of toxic killers then I just go for 2 hooks each survivor and then I let them escape.

I made sure to vote for Freddy in the latest survey when they asked us which killer we wanna see in 2v8.
Really hopes he makes it, having him excluded twice from Lights Out was awful.

next set of killers are really interesting. leatherface, pig, freddy, clown for 2vs8. my vote is for pig but i definitely would not mind a freddy as an ally.

I really hope Freddy gets a dework before the next 2v8. Finally I would have the chance to test something I've always wanted to test:
Old Freddy applied a 50% action speed penalty to every survivor in the Dream World, right? Well, technically, searching a Jigsaw Box is an action.
So... if Old Freddy and Pig were together in a match, could he make it so that survivors would search Jigsaw Boxes at half the speed? I need to know if that would be possible.

his penalty is only towards exit gates, healing and generator repair. in the rework version, they removed exit gates. it is not global penalty to all actions. if it was, it would make freddy super strong at protecting totems like with thrill of the hunt and he'd have base-kit anti-sabotage.
Doctor+Pig is probably the better combination for pig. if they buff doctor static blast to be global radius in 2vs8 mode, that would be hilarious with pig boxes.

No, my friend, it did work for Totems and Sabotage. Not sure about post-rework, but the original penalty affected everything you did.
That's why I've always been curious about Jigsaw Boxes. Sadly there was never a way to test it.

At 10:44 Monto tries to cleanse the Totem while affected by Thrill of the Hunt. Then, at 11:14, he tries again, but this time affected by both Thrill of the Hunt and the Dream World slowdown. Notice the difference in speed.
