Spawned into match with just 3 survivors

Loaded into a lobby, all things appeared to function as normal. The UI only shows three survivors as soon as survivors and killer spawn into the map, . During the duration of the match, I never saw or encountered the missing survivor that loaded into the lobby.

Platform was on PC, played on the Chaos Shuffle Modifier, played on the morning that perk tier/rarity was fixed. Played on Wretched Shop against the Dark Lord. On end game screen it shows Vittorio DC'd.

I think the first couple minutes are relevant to this bug since it included loading into the lobby and the match.
