Oh it's real. It's all over reddit and Twitch videos exist. No killer perks were leaked. So we don't know who the killer will be be. I'm guessing Evil Ash from Army of Darkness, or one of Ruby's children from the tv show.

You can ALWAYS see their aura OUTSIDE of 16 meters until downed. That makes it super easy to down them since you always know they are close, or know their exact spot. Don’t be silly, this is more a benefit to the killer unless you have sole survivor or something

Are you nsure, the wording makes it sound like it only works hile healing.

If the perk reads just as is, you will literally have to run SS to counter the negative side effect of this or run Iron Will and never heal once you've been hit 3 times. I would NEVER use this perk outside of getting an Adept Achievement.
Why is anyone crying about 2nd chance perks after the major change to DS? What next? Someone is going to cry No Mither and unbreakable is OP? lmfao

It activates when you start that. It says it doesn’t deactivate until you are put back into the dying state
