Underpowered and OP perks?
What perks do you think are under/overwhelming? How would you change them?

Well the most used Killer perk is apparently Pain Resonance and i find it incredibly overrated.
Pain Resonance removes 17,8 charges, or roughtly 18 seconds for each survivors hooked when a generator is at exactly 99%, which isn't going to happen a lot of the time, not to mention it being wasted by blowing up gens that are below 50%.
No Way Out gives 60 seconds, while technically a bit less than Pain Resonance max time saved on paper keep in mind that its 60 seconds no matter what, it can't be wasted like PR and you dont have to bother with the RNG of Scourge Hooks. I stick with No Way Out

Distortion is underpowered. It should be getting a buff to 4 tokens, not the incoming nerf. Killers should search for the Survivors, not have them glow in the dark.

I dream of Fire Up buff for 4 years.

I would also like this Buffed. I sometimes consider stacking it with Brutal Strength but always decide not worth it.

Wait, doesn't pain res remove 20% of the total progress? I think you are talking about Pop Goes The Weasel where the time taken away is dependant on the gen's current progression.

I feel like Shattered Hope should give you a stats buff for every destroyed totem, a bit like Fire Up.
Would be a nice alternative use of Hexes where you get stronger for each one that gets destroyed.

Brutal strength buffed to 40% if a Survivor is not within 24 meters pallet breaking is increased to 60%

Oh, my bad, still PR can be wasted on low gens, not activate because of bad RNG etc. I think at max you get like 12 seconds more compared to No Way Out which really isn't worth the headaches you save.

On the killerside:
- Thrilling Tremors is a cool perk but the cooldown is too long and needs to be reduce to 20sec and then it would become a healthy metapick
- Eruption is a cool perk too but needs a buff by increasing the regression (from 10 to 15%), not taking two regression events on the same generator, and by removing the cooldown.
- Dissolution could also get a buff by activating after 2seconds and within 24meters around the killer instead of within their terrorradius, so stealth killers can use it too and to avoid antisynergy with stealth perks.
- Forced Hesistation needs a rework because this perk is unhealthy since it enables easy camping and tunnling.
On the survivorside:
- Bite The Bullet should block the aura from being read while healing. This would make the perk much more usable.
- Plot Twist is fine but should be shown on the HUD so SoloQ teammates know that you used Plot Twist. Can also get the effect of "blocks the aura from being read".
- Iron Will needs a nerf because it does so much for so little and rewards you for getting injured without any big drawback.
- Left Behind, Low Profile, Sole Survivor, and every other rather selfish perk should get a rework and turn into a teamsupport perk:
- Sole Survivor could increase your healing and unhooking speed instead of hiding your aura and showing you the position of the hatch.
- Low Profile: If you're not in chase, you can press the ability button to tell your teammates that you go for the unhook. Then a timer of 60sec starts. During this time, you leave no scratch marks, grunts of pain, and Pools Of Blood and your unhooking and healing speed is increased by 50%. If you don't make it in time to unhook your teammate, your position will be revealed to the killer and you get the broken status effect for the next 60sec. If another teammate unhooks the survivor during this time, nothing will happen.
