Unknown Nerfs Reverted!
On Reddit a Dev Confirmed the nerfs to Unknown have been scrapped but not mentioned on the Dev update
No more Slowdown on using Uvx or TP.
Huge W cause a Weak Killer Like Unknown did NOT need these nerfs

Unfortunately, vanishing box will stay nerfed, only the speed decrease is removed.
We'll see how that plays out

As somebody who never uses Blurry Photo this bums me out a bit but I'll take any W I can

have they stated why? seems like such odd addon to remove

My guess was that it was because they touched Blurry Photo; bhvr rarely gives flat basekit buffs for free.
I'm probably wrong in this instance so I too would like to know. They never listed the Unknown reverts so maybe based off the numbers they figured people aren't super interested in the Unknown

Same reason behind Marvin 's blood original nerf and toy sword's original nerf:
They had top of a pickrate and this artificially tries to make other addons used.
This will make it so this is the new run always addon, and it will be paired with the cooldown reducal one.
Overall a flat nerf if you didn't rely on hallucinations
