I Finally Got It
It took me literal months to get this because my luck was that horrible.
My main issue was coming across Vecna players, they have a 3% usage rate but I swear I could never find someone using Vecna. To make matters worse, even if I did, most of the time my teammates would get the Artifacts before I could, locking me out of the achievement.
Finally glad to have it done, I still a few more painful/awful achievements to go for, but Im glad to have knocked one down.

There's also an achievement for finding the little exploding gopher on yakahoma estate.
I had found him on Switch and then again when I moved to PS5 and it gave me an award.
It looks like a little white animal and then it explodes into a gopher. I forgot what the animal is called but it looks like a gopher.

It's a Tanuki I believe. Also I ended up getting that achievement but it also took awhile to get.

Congrats!
I was pretty worried about that one when I saw it so I made sure to play a bunch when he released. The thought of a newcomer trying to get this maybe a year or two from now is awful.
