Why doesn't Blood Rush active from self-unhooks?
Any other Perk that grants an effect to you upon an unhook works on self-unhooks, why is Blood Rush an exception? It makes the Perk worse for no reason.

Damn, should I be thankful to the devs for making a trash perk less trash after several years? It's decent now, but I don't understand why it doesn't work on self-unhooks.

Don’t think it’s an oversight. It’s probably because they feel it would be too powerful with deliverance and I guess up the ante / slippery meat.

recently, they did some stealth nerf that used to work but now don't work. this is that deliverance used to not give devour hope stacks or any type of perk stacks to the killer. now it does gives stacks to the killer, so they're doing some stealth changes without announcing them.
i almost want to say that it is a bug with deliverance and unhooking effects but i am not sure. Blood rush does not have same description as decisive strike and off the record. here's what it says:
Bloodrush:
After being unhooked, Blood Rush activates for the next 40/50/60 seconds.
While suffering from Exhausted, press the Active Ability Button 1 to recover from Exhausted instantly.
Blood Rush deactivates when used or when performing a conspicuous action.
Blood Rush is disabled once the exit gates are powered.Decisive strike says following:
Notice how decisive strike says "Unhooked or unhooking" yourself and Blood rush does not say that. it only says unhooked which implies exclusively another player. If i had to take a guess why they did that, it is because blood rush USED activate in end game and now… it does not activate in end game. i think they forgot update the description.
